Order
We operate under Danish law.
All prices include VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices.
Data Protection
We pass on the necessary personal data to the transport company, but we do not transfer or sell any personal data to third parties.
In our webshop, you can pay using the following methods:
- VISA / Mastercard
- Klarna
A higher amount than what you approved at purchase can never be charged.
Delivery
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped on the same or next business day after your order. Orders received before 2 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery Method
We work with BRING. When completing your payment, you can choose delivery to your home*, to a business address*, or to a nearby parcel shop. If home delivery is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an email/SMS with information about where to pick up the package.
Package Tracking
You can track your package at any time on BRING’s tracking page. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs apply to your order, except for orders over €69.
Here is an overview of the shipping costs:
- For orders under €69, shipping costs start from €10.
- For orders over €69, delivery to a parcel shop is free – this does not apply to delivery to private individuals or business addresses.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is unopened. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. sauna blankets), the right of withdrawal expires once the seal is removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordic Therm) of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@nordic-therm.com). You may use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.
3. Return of Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods immediately and at the latest within 14 days to the following address:

You bear the return shipping costs. You are liable for any damage occurring during transport.
Important notes:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Please use the original packaging for returns if possible to avoid damage.
4. Refund of Purchase Price
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price and any standard shipping costs paid (additional costs for a more expensive shipping method selected by you will not be refunded).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Please note:
- If the value of the goods has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, properties, and function, we will deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
When shopping at Nordic Therm, you are of course entitled to a 24-month warranty.

Fee for Unclaimed Goods
You will be charged for the shipping costs incurred if a package is not picked up. This is usually around €10.
