Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are unopened. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., sauna blankets), the right of withdrawal expires if the seal is removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB). 

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordic Therm) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@nordic-therm.com). You can use our model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory. 

3. Returning the Goods After notifying us of the withdrawal, you must return the goods without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal, to the following address: Aurora Wellness ApS Rebslagervej 6C 4300 Holbæk Denmark You will bear the return shipping costs. You are liable for any damage during transport. Important Notes:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Please use the original packaging for the return, if possible, to avoid damage.

4. Refund of the Purchase Price After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price, as well as any standard delivery costs paid (additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you will not be refunded). The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or have received proof of their return. 

Please note:

• If the goods have lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functionality, we will deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
